On Wednesday, May 6th, from 1:30 to 3:00 pm in the Main Library Makerspace (L116), learn how to use free or low-cost apps and web-based programs to edit you photos on a shoe-string budget. Participants are encouraged to bring their own photos to edit, either from their phones of flash drives. Programs and apps such as Google Picasa, Pic Stitch, and GroupShot will be demonstrated, as time allows.
The workshop is free but registration is recommended. Click here to register!
The Library held a
makerspace button making event, which was very popular.
Sorry we ran out of supplies!
We promise to have more button making in the future.
The NHHEC Read-a-Book event was a great success. Prizes were raffled and books were read. Thank you to Vice President Paul Pando, Vice President Eric Friedman, and Director Yeurys Pujols, who made the day special by sharing their love of reading.
Bring your resources to a NHC Library’s hands-on NoodleTools workshop, and learn how to create a perfect citation list.
