The HCCC Libraries’ Fall 2017 Program Guide is now available! Click here to view it online or pick up a copy of the guide at the Main or NHC Library.
We have a packed semester including favorites such as the Library Book Club, Fandom Wars, and Makerspace workshops and open hours.
This semester we are also hosting round table discussions about the impact of “fake news”, and how storytelling can be used to express identity and learn about your heritage. And we are thrilled to introduce the De-Stress for Success series, featuring events to help you unwind throughout exams!
We look forward to seeing you in the libraries this semester!
Join us this week in the Main Library Makerspace or NHC Student Lounge to decorate your graduation cap (May 4 & May 11) and play friendly rounds of Mario Kart (May 5)!

March is Read-a-Book Month
The March is Read-a-Book Month raffle was a hit at the North Hudson Campus with 108 entry forms submitted. Prizes included movie tickets, $50 gift certificates, and bags of books, tee-shirts, and office supplies. Vice President Friedman and Director of NHC Yeurys Pujols were on hand to talk about their favorite books and how reading has shaped their lives.
This coming Tuesday, April 25th @1:30, bring your book discussion ideas, conversation, and appetite to the NHC Library’s Group Study room, N303D. Lot’s to talk about. How have dating, marriage, and relationships changed along with the technology available 24/7 at our finger tips?
We will see
if we agree
